Returns & Refunds – Home Goods
The return period for non-food Home Goods is 30 days. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
We do not accept returns on Mountain Time Vittles, Kitchen Kettle, or any food products.
(Please see below for our policy on damaged or defective products.)
To be eligible for a return, your Home Goods item must be unopened or unused, in the same condition that you received it, and include the original packaging. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, including insurance; we cannot refund items lost or damaged in return shipment.
To return your Home Goods item, please mail the item in the original packaging to:
Once your Home Goods return is received and inspected, we will notify you by text or email that we have received your returned item and accepted/declined your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your funds will be returned to the original form of payment, usually within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: certain banks/credit card companies take longer than others to return funds.
Damaged or Defective Products – Food or Home Goods
In the rare event your item (Mountain Time Vittles, Kitchen Kettle, or Home Goods) is damaged or the product is defective, please contact us by clicking here to arrange a replacement item. Please include your full information, a description of the product/issue, and your order number if possible.
Special Order Policy for Custom Furniture
NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
Due to their unique nature, there are NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS on our special-order furniture items.
Our Amish furniture collection is made-to-order with the highest quality and craftsmanship. Mountain Time on Main Street will do everything in our power to provide the order in a timely fashion. Most orders are complete in 6 to 8 weeks, but on rare occasions the process can take up to six months from ordering until delivery to Mountain Time on Main Street; we cannot make any guarantees concerning delivery time.
After six months, if the customer’s order has not arrived, the customer may be eligible for STORE CREDIT of the paid amount toward Amish furniture item or items currently IN-STORE. This is the ONLY policy for late orders, and cannot be reversed or revised unless agreed upon by both parties IN WRITING.
Please note: In order to prevent inaccurate orders, Mountain Time on Main Street will NOT fulfill a special order until we have contacted the customer via text, email, or telephone call to confirm style, seating type, and color combination.
By special-ordering Amish-made furniture from Mountain Time on Main Street, the customer acknowledges, understands, and accepts these terms and time frame.
